Returns & Store Credit

• We do not offer refunds.
• Items may be returned for store credit only, provided they meet the conditions below.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for store credit, the item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Be in the same condition as received.
• Not be a customised, altered, or discounted/sale item, as these are final sale.

Exchanges

• Direct exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
